Any mail that is marked as spam goes into a special archive directory for that user. It is not deleted but is saved in this archive for one to three days. Users have web access to this archive so that they can review all the mail that has been captured. If a legitimate email has been caught by the Spam Management System, the user has the option to white-list the sender's email address. Additionally an email digest of captured spam is delivered to each user.

From the ISM you can view a report that provides up to the minute statistics on the spam that has been blocked over the last seven days.
