ISM email server is intuitive and very easy to manage. Sorting by Username, Real Name and Mailbox Size is a handy way to administer large numbers of users. Address forwarding is supported by the Alias feature. Aliases are typically used to set up relationships between several pop or target accounts. For example; sales@mydomain.com can be pointed to several mail boxes such as frank@mydomain.com and lucy@mydomain.com. Any mail sent to sales@mydomain.com forwards to both accounts. |

Vacation messages can be added to any account. It is intelligent enough to keep track whom it sent vacation messages to as well, and only sends out one message to that address every 7 days. |

Included with the ISM email server are four real-time statistical graphs that show the last seven days of both accepted and rejected e-mail. The first graph is a summary graph that displays a summary of all the e-mail that has passed through the ISM. If Tier II anti-virus is enabled, the second graph will show all of the e-mail with virus attachments that were blocked by the ISM. With our Spam Management System enabled, the third graph will display the number of spam messages that were blocked. The final graph shows mail servers that are rejected outright. |
